About the video:
At a certain point it all gets fucked up and you may think wtf is going on.

I will explain the meaning here:

When you see the couple do 'adult things', they suddenly change into monsters.
It represents that sex is dirty. When the girl comes to the dark cave, it suddenly enlightens,
everything becomes clear. She now sees what the adult world looks like.
Her eyes burn away because she doesn't want to see it.
