First of all, do you like Metal? I think that you cant say: "I Dont like Metal because its aggressive" or "You can't understand the Text"! There much different Sub-Genres in the Genre Metal (Heavy Metal, Speed Metal, Trash Metal, Black Metal etc.) My favourite is melodic Death-Metal, wich is the Genre of the Band "Made of Hate". I'm not a big fan of Metal but having said that I don't like a lot of rock music but I love LP and Thousand Foot Krutch.
I'll have to give this a listen too when I get my Internet back!

I enjoy metal, provided that the percentage of screaming in the song, is 50 or less. Personally A7X, Pantera, and Metallica are my favourites. Iron Maiden is good too.
