I think so, personally. When you shout and you can't hear yourself - too loud!

I agree. Although I like loud music, their is a point where it just gets too loud!

I always listen to my music "too loud". I just like focusing on the song and nothing else, so it help if the song is the only thing you can hear.

I'd say yes, but I also think "too loud" is something the individual listener is going to have to choose for themselves. Much like coffee, everyone's individual preferences will vary. For me, it even varies by the song- for instance, I don't see a reason to pump chillstep up to 11, but if it's a high-energy mashup or something, it'll get cranked up even higher, at least for me. Interesting question for sure.

Personally i think volume is important, it gives a song impact. However obviously if it's too loud it's pointless, because if it's too loud it could be the last thing you hear altogether haha. But as long as there's a lot of bass i'm happy!

I think when you're eardrums burst, then that's the point where something is too loud.

i think it depends on the mood and the situation, sometimes i can listen to very loud music for hours, and ther times it just hurts my ears, and if the music is so loud that you eardrums break then its probably too late to turn the volume down
